Stylist in Oregon

Hey everyone! Well I'm getting ready to move to Oregon..Forest Grove to be exact and I'll have to leave my long time hair stylist, whom I LOVE. So, I'll be on the look out for a new one since I'm a fanatic about getting my hair colored.

Any suggestions? I'll be like 30 minutes from Portland so I don't mind driving. I'll also be looking for a good Nail place too, since I get manicures/full sets(tips)/pedicures quite often also.
